Meet Our Team
Cherri Walrod is the Founder and Executive Director of Resources4Adoption. Cherri has successfully completed three international adoptions. For more than ten years, she has spent hundreds of hours researching financing options including grants, loans and fundraisers. She has helped others fulfill their adoption dreams, and has a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of the adoption process.

Andrew Woodworth is excited to be working as the Research and Database Coordinator for Resources4Adoption.com. Andrew is married to the beautiful Loryn Woodworth. He also has two cousins adopted from Haiti and three siblings-in-law adopted from East Asia.
Andrew and Loryn are recent graduates of Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas, where Andrew received a B.A. in History and English Literature. He is an award winning researcher and writer. Andrew’s education, which focused heavily on research skills and research problem-solving, has been useful in his work at Resources4Adoption, sifting through information across the internet.
Andrew's interests include international studies, including adoption politics, early medieval history and literature, and reading in general. His future plans include attending a graduate school in London, England to earn an M.A. and Ph.D., and ultimately teaching ancient and early medieval history at the university level.
